Ministry Update

December 2019

The Board of Directors of Lead With Your Life, Inc. is pleased to announce that its Founder and President
Dr. Charles D. Olson will move from part-time to full-time status effective February 1, 2020.

After the Lead With Your Life Board meeting where this decision was prayerfully affirmed, Chair Bill Duncan stated: “The time is now to have Chuck give full focus to the mission of LWYL. The need for spiritually mature, Kingdom leaders has never been greater. Chuck’s faithful legacy, proven discipleship training methods and his calling from God have prepared him ‘for a time such as this.’”

Chuck Olson has pastored for 40 years in the local church, and shares his thoughts at this time of transition. “The world is desperate for leaders who lead from the inside out, not with resumes or portfolios, but with their lives. By God’s grace and the faithful support of our partners, the ministries of LWYL are equipping influential leaders who turn around and impact their marriages, their families, their workplaces, their communities, and their churches. God continues to open wide doors to extend the mission of this ministry.”

At this pivotal time of organizational growth, LWYL looks to see its mission both expanded and deepened. There are a number of new initiatives in the works that will be introduced in the months ahead.

Lead With Your Life is a nonprofit organization launched with an expressed mission to equip Kingdom leaders for lives of extraordinary impact. The signature ministry of LWYL is Rock Solid—an intensive, ten-month discipleship journey for influential leaders who desire to be rock solid on the inside and dangerous for the Kingdom on the outside. To date, 247 leaders have taken the Rock Solid journey, with 61 participating in current cohorts.
