Correcting Your Information

To the extent Lead With Your Life and its affiliated companies maintain any account information on you, you can ensure that your account information is correct and current by reviewing and updating it at any time. You may do so as often as necessary by sending an e-mail to and we will assist you in updating any of your information we have on file. Subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law, and provided we can authenticate your identity, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information, and will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate.   You may also ask to change your preferences regarding how we use or disclose your information, or let us know that you do not wish to receive any further communication from us.

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

However, because Lead With Your Life and its affiliated companies act on behalf of our clients, it is the client that keeps the account information for all end-users or donors.  If you believe your account information with our clients is incorrect, we will assist you in reaching the right people at our client so you can work with them to correct such information.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain your personal information with us for 90 days and up to 2 years after users terminate their accounts or for as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.

Email Referrals

If you choose to use any website referral function (as may be provided by the Company from time to time) to tell friends about the Company Sites, you will be required to provide your name and email address and the email addresses of your friends. The form automatically sends your friends a one-time email inviting them to visit the Company Sites. We do not access or store this information, except to send the invitation to visit the Company Sites. By using the referral form you are authorizing us to contact your friends on your behalf and to list your name and email address as the referring party.

We do use the tools that are commercially available to secure our systems, monitor them and adopt new and better tools as they become available.
